| | Comments (3)

Pork Mmkay? You unnerstandy? Marinate the sucker in port and olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss into a crock pot with carmelized (sp?) onions, garlic and some teriyaki with some chicken broth. When near done toss in some kalamata olives and server over brown rice. That's what you see. DEElicious.

Teriyaki!?! I didn't put no damn teriyaki in my crockpot pork!!! Where'd you come up with that? What is you... drunk? Also, I threw the kalamata olives at the beginning of the cook, not when near done.

Oh! I just remembered, sear the beejeesus out of the pork before you put it in the crock pot, so it will carmelize the meat (i.e. give it that roasted brown color) and deepen the flavor (mmm... toasted pork).

We're movin' in!
