Ok I blew it on the "getting it in by Wednesday" deadline. But I did go ahead and post a recipe today that I think fits the bill. It's a yummy peanut sauce you can serve with satays, raw or steamed veggies or even on noodles. All under 30 minute wonders. You can also make the sauce ahead of time and then dinner might only take 10 minutes...
